Our Story
Epic Security Intelligence Agency Limited was incorporated on June 27th, 2011 in Trinidad and Tobago.
On June 24th, 2013 we were approved by the Ministry of National Security to operate as a Protective Service Agency.
On 9th February, 2018 we received our STOW (Safe to Work) certification by the Energy Chamber.
Our Team
Our management team and trainers have a combined experience of over sixty-five years in the security industry. Our team is drawn from, and has experience with, various pillars of security such as the Trinidad & Tobago Police Service, the Trinidad & Tobago Regiment, as well as the private security industry. At present we have fifty officers on our roster. All of them have been properly screened and have successfully completed a five-day training program conducted by our experienced security personnel.
Team Training
We have distinguished ourselves in the industry by training our officers to conform to the requirements of specific facilities. Our officers are trained in a variety of disciplines such as customer service, fundamentals of security, ethics and conflict resolution, Pocket Diary, General Physical Training, Protocol, Station/Post Diary, Report Writing, Patrol, Gate and Fixed Post Duties, Arrest, Search and Seizure Techniques, Baton Techniques, Use of Force, Canine Handling and Care (Canine Officers Only). Most importantly, our team works closely with our clients to ensure the protection of their key assets.
